It's difficult to classify seamlessly a collection, especially one so heterogeneous as bookmarks: some classify them by origin, by publishing house, by subject, by material, by age, etc. When we choose a method we find it imperfect. We doubt how classify the "unclassifiable", those that can be headed by several subject at the same time, or that are published jointly by several sources (say a bookshop that advertises itself with a publishing house, etc.)
